Lacto Fermented Sodas should keep about 3 months in the fridge. Problem is gas builds up over time even when kept in the fridge and glass bottles. If you intend to store your soda in the fridge for longer than 1 week, we suggest you release some gas every third or fourth day using a bottle opener.
